“Senderismo InterpretativoThe Acequia Route”
An “Acequia” is a irrigation canal dating back to the Moorish era. This route follows the irrigation
system of the mountain village of Güejar Sierra. Along the way we will identify medicinal plants that
have been used by the villagers since ancient times.
